警方设局引阿尔维斯入瓮 控方拒绝私了

据西班牙媒体El Correo报道，39岁巴西足球国脚老将阿尔维斯之所以被逮捕是因为他落入了西班牙警方的圈套。

据悉，阿尔维斯本来已经到达了墨西哥，但西班牙警方联系了他和他的律师，要求他回巴塞罗那做笔录。阿尔维斯并不知道警方已经掌握了大量证据，因为认为自己是安全的，甚至还接受了媒体采访。但是，就在阿尔维斯前往警局自愿接受问讯的时候，警方将其逮捕，并押去监狱，不得保释。

有消息表示，阿尔维斯被指控在巴塞罗那的一家夜店性侵一名女孩，加泰罗尼亚当地警方在接到报案后赶到现场，提取指纹并检查摄像头，从画面中可看到女孩非常紧张并失控哭泣。

据警方掌握的证据，指阿尔维斯与女方曾共处至少15分钟，对他很不利，女孩事后被送往巴塞罗那市中心医院，巴塞罗那知名律师马特尔将出任阿尔维斯的辩护律师。目前对方拒绝赔偿私了。
